About Physicals

We offer physicals for any purpose, any time during our open hours — walk in, no scheduling required. A standard physical with Dr. Wolfington includes a head-to-toe examination, vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, oxygen level), vision screening, and any required documentation signed on the spot. Most physicals are completed in under an hour. Both children and adults are welcome.

About Minor Procedures

Not every wound or skin condition requires an emergency room. Our clinic is fully equipped to handle a range of minor surgical procedures on-site in a single visit. Dr. Wolfington will assess your situation, properly numb the area, treat it cleanly and professionally, and provide after-care instructions before you leave. Walk in — no appointment needed.

About Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Medication-Assisted Treatment combines FDA-approved medications like Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone) with compassionate clinical care to treat opioid use disorder. MAT is the most evidence-based approach available — reducing withdrawal symptoms, cravings, and the risk of overdose. Dr. Wolfington provides non-judgmental evaluations and ongoing MAT management. Walk-ins are accepted for initial consultations.

What to expect: Dr. Wolfington will review your history, discuss your goals, and determine an appropriate starting plan. Follow-up appointments monitor progress and adjust care as needed. There is no shame here — this is healthcare.

About Medical Marijuana Certification in Florida

Florida's Medical Marijuana Use Registry allows qualified patients to legally purchase and use cannabis products from any licensed dispensary in the state. Dr. Wolfington is a licensed Florida certifying physician. Your certification is entered into the state registry same day or next business day, and you can then apply for your official MMUR ID card online through the Florida Department of Health.
