A standard physical with Dr. Wolfington includes a head-to-toe examination, vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, oxygen level), vision screening, and any required documentation signed on the spot. Most physicals are completed in under an hour. Both children and adults are welcome.
Not every wound or skin condition requires an emergency room. Our clinic is fully equipped to handle a range of minor surgical procedures on-site in a single visit. Medication-Assisted Treatment combines FDA-approved medications like Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone) with compassionate clinical care to treat opioid use disorder. MAT is the most evidence-based approach available, reducing withdrawal symptoms, cravings, and the risk of overdose. Dr. Wolfington provides non-judgmental evaluations and ongoing MAT management. Walk-ins are accepted for initial consultations.

Family Nurse Practitioner, Aesthetics
Natalie brings more than 30 years of nursing experience and nearly 20 years of specialization in aesthetics and wellness to Eau Gallie Medical Center. After returning to school to earn her master's degree, she became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2025. Her aesthetic background includes several years of working alongside plastic surgeons in California and Florida, where she received extensive training in cosmetic injectables.
As Eau Gallie Medical Center's dedicated aesthetic injector, Natalie works alongside Dr. Michael Wolfington to provide personalized treatments designed to produce refreshed, balanced, and natural-looking results.
