Walk-ins welcome

You never need an appointment to see Dr. Wolfington: walk in during open hours and we will work you in. If you would rather have a time held for you, our booking line answers around the clock.

Walk in
Come in during open hours and we will work you in: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10am to 4pm, and Tuesday and Thursday, 1pm to 6pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before we close. Walk-ins are welcome for sick and injury visits, primary care, physicals, minor procedures and medical marijuana certification.
Call to book, any hour
Our booking line, (321) 241-2013, is answered day and night by an automated assistant. It can book, move or cancel a visit, give you our hours, prices and directions, and take a message for the clinic.
It does not give medical advice, refill prescriptions or read out test results. Ask for the front desk at any point and it will put you through to a person during open hours.
Calls are recorded and written down so we have an accurate record of what was arranged, and the assistant says so when it answers. If you would rather not be recorded, call the front desk on (321) 751-1414 during open hours.
Booking for specific services
- Aesthetics with Natalie Best, APRN-BC: by appointment only, on select days. Book by phone and we will fit you into Natalie's next clinic. Every treatment starts with a consultation.
- Telemedicine: call to schedule. We send you a secure link before the visit.
- Suboxone treatment: walk in for a consultation, or call the front desk on (321) 751-1414 to talk to a person. Please keep treatment details for a person or your visit rather than the automated line.
- Medical weight loss: walk in or call to book a consultation.
What we take down when you book
Whether you book by phone or at the front desk, we write down the same few things, and nothing more:
- Your name and date of birth
- A phone number we can reach you on
- Whether this is your first visit with us
- What you would like to be seen for, in general terms
- The days and times that suit you
Appointment details are kept in the clinic's own records and treated as part of your medical record, under our Notice of Privacy Practices. Please save sensitive medical detail for your visit rather than the booking call.
What to bring
A photo ID and a list of your current medications. We are a self-pay clinic, so there is no insurance card to bring. If you would like the cost in writing beforehand, ask for a Good Faith Estimate.
Changing or cancelling
If you cannot make it, call (321) 241-2013 and let us know, so we can give the time to someone else. The booking line can move or cancel a visit at any hour.
